How to Use:

Clean your nose and hands before use.
Shake the bottle well before use.
Kindly remove the protective cap from the spray nozzle.
Close one nostril by pressing it gently with a finger.
Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into the open nostril.
Spray one or two sprays into the nostril, being careful not to spray into the eyes.
Repeat the steps for the other nostril.
Replace the protective cap after use.
