Colgate FluoriGard Alcohol Free Rinse contains fluoride, which protects your teeth from acidic foods and beverages in three different ways. This special triple-action product prevents mineral loss brought on by plaque acids, lessens plaque acid development, and encourages early decay to remineralize.

Directions for grownups and kids older than six years:
Use ideally at a different time than cleaning your teeth. Every day, spit out after rinsing for a minute with 10ml (2 teaspoons).
After use, wait 15 minutes before eating, drinking, or rinsing your mouth.

Ingredients: Aqua, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol, Poloxamer 407, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Benzoate, Disodium Phosphate, Aroma, Cinnamal, Sodium Fluoride, and CI 19140 and CI 42053.
225 ppm F of sodium fluoride is present.
