Putting the Toothbrush in Place
Step 1: Beginning with the outside and inner surfaces, brush against the gum line in short, half-tooth-wide strokes at a 45-degree angle. Don t forget to brush your rear teeth.
Step2. Continue to chewing surfaces. Brush these areas back and forth while keeping the brush flat.
Step 3: Use a vertical tilt to the brush and gentle up-and-down strokes with the brush tip once you have reached the inside surfaces of your front teeth.
