Description

Protifar is a Food for Special Medical Purposes that should only be taken under medical supervision. Protifar is a powdered, unflavored, high protein supplement used in the dietary management of patients with hypoproteinaemia, as a protein supplement for those who are unable to meet their protein requirements through normal food and drink, or for patients with increased protein requirements, such as burns or wound healing.

Directions
Because protifar has a neutral taste, it can be added to both sweet and savoury foods or drinks without significantly changing the flavour or texture. It can also be used in the kitchen.

Use clean or sterilised utensils and make sure the top of the pack is clean. Only use the scoop provided. Protifar should be mixed with enough cold liquid to make a smooth paste before being stirred into food or drink.

emulsifier, concentrated milk protein (soy lecithin).
