- Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride helps to provide highly effective relief for nose and sinus congestion. The decongestant gets to work by helping to narrow the swollen blood vessels in the nose, as well as air to flow more freely and helping mucus.

Adults and adolescents from 15 years and over:
Take ONE or TWO tablets every 4 to 6 hours when necessary. DO NOT take more than 6 tablets in a 24 hour period.Â
